Trypophobia

Yes, I indeed have trypophobia, and I am here to explain what it is and how much it can affect someone and how it affects me.

And might I add that this is going to make me shake and most likely cower for a few hours.

Trypophobia comes from the greek words of trypo meaning punching, drilling, or gaping holes, and Phobia
for fear of. Basically anything with small holes or a large group of holes triggers people that are affected by this phobia. Seeing things such as air bubble chocolate and even beehives makes us feel itchy and sick. Below are some of my trypophobia triggers.
